Outside Sales Representative

Kitchener, Guelph & Cambridge

$20.00–$25.00/Hour + Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission + Fuel Allowance

Appoint Staffing is currently hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our clients in the hospitality services industry. This is a field-based B2B sales role where you will work directly with restaurant owners, café operators, and local businesses throughout Kitchener, Guelph, and Cambridge to introduce innovative hospitality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Visit local restaurants, cafés, and small businesses throughout Kitchener, Guelph, and Cambridge
  

• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  

• Present and promote hospitality service solutions
  

• Generate new business opportunities and sales
  

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients
  

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities
  

• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
  

• Represent the company professionally within the marketplace

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario G Driver's License
  

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is an asset
