We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Waitstaff who will also be responsible for greeting guests, beverage station, and taking phone orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Server Duties : Take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and sections. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials. Ensure that all customer needs are met and that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and tips. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Ensure the restaurant including the washroom is clean at closing and ready for the morning shift 2. Beverage Station Duties : Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain an organized and clean beverage area, including stocking and replenishing supplies. Ensure that all drink orders are made accurately, and responsibly. 3. Greeter Duties : Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage guest seating and waitlist, ensuring smooth guest flow and wait times. Answer any initial questions guests may have about the restaurant or menu. Escort guests to their table and ensure they are comfortable before passing them to the server. Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant for every guest. Skills and Qualifications : Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (server, bartender, or host) preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, coworkers, and management effectively. Multitasking abilities – managing several tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent service. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including alcohol service regulations. Attention to detail when taking orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills. Cash handling experience is a plus.
