What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine) with speed and consistency
Engage with guests and create a fun, welcoming bar experience
Handle bar service and support the floor during busy periods
Stay organized and keep your bar clean, stocked, and ready
Upsell and recommend drinks to increase guest satisfaction and tips
What We’re Looking For
You’re fast, organized, and comfortable multitasking
You’re outgoing and confident with guests
You can handle a busy bar without getting overwhelmed
You show up on time and take your role seriously
Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred
Future Supervisor Track (for those who want it)
Strong performers can move into Shift Supervisor roles.
