About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Barista.

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage : $19.00 - $20.00 plus gratuities

What you will do

As a Barista you would be based in our coffee shop, Braidwood Café , as well as supporting our restaurant, Braidwood Tavern . Braidwood Café is grab-and-go outlet bustles in the morning hours as guests get ready for a day on the mountain. You would be responsible for making custom coffees, tea, hot cocoa etc, as well as heating and selling breakfast pastries and sandwiches in addition to retail items.

What you will bring

Prior retail or customer service experience

Prior experience as a barista

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

Must have a current Serving it Right certificate

Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours :

As our hotel is open 24 / 7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
