The Bar Manager will lead Aeras bar program with a focus on excellence creativity and guest experience. This role is responsible for setting and upholding premium bar standards driving beverage sales through innovative programming and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of daily bar operations - including staffing training cost management budgeting and administration - while providing visible hands-on leadership during service to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
The Day to Day :
- Manage the overall bar and beverage program including cocktails beer garnishes and non-alcoholic offerings.
- Create and uphold service and operational standards for the bar leveraging best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of cocktail menus introducing innovative products and combinations while balancing quality cost and speed of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beverage suppliers to source new products develop promotions and negotiate favorable pricing.
- Communicate the bars vision clearly to all team members leading by example and reinforcing O&B values through daily actions and mentorship.
- Support and assist the team during service when needed ensuring seamless execution and a collaborative hands-on leadership presence.
- Foster strong relationships with guests team members and senior management promoting a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork.
- Demonstrate high personal integrity professionalism and business ethics representing the venue with pride at all times.
- Utilize conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency staff performance and overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
