GardaWorld is currently hiring a Back up Scheduler, Security guard for our Protective Services Division business line. This position works at Hamilton office located at 444Seaman St, Hamilton and various other locations for the field security guard coverage. As a Security guard / Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating activities between our customers, and security guards and communicate with them as needed and to assist at various site for security coverage.
Schedule : Full time availability (Back up for various days, nights, afternoons etc)
Pay rate : $19
What does a Scheduler in Hamilton do?
Receive and record book on, off and check in calls from multiple areas
Ensure that all vacancies created by absences of any sort are filled with the most competent and acceptable replacements
Ensure that data related to employee lateness, illness, absence is entered into our software
Receive client requests and schedule shifts for guards as necessary
Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding schedules
Prepare reports at the end of every shift documenting the events over the shift
Assist with ground level security coverages when needed
Guard will be trained at multiple sites
