As a Senior Banquet Manager you are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of highprofile events from weddings to gala dinners by leading a dedicated team and maintaining exceptional service standards. Their role is pivotal in creating memorable guest experiences fostering interdepartmental collaboration and upholding the hotels reputation for excellence.
In this role you are responsible for :
- Daily Operations : Oversee daily banquet operations including bar and room setups ensuring readiness and standards.
- Service Culture : Build a serviceoriented team providing engaging memorable events like weddings and gala dinners.
- Staff Development : Coordinate with Banquet Leaders for staff selection training and development to maintain hotel standards.
- Event Coordination : Attend pre and postconvention meetings follow event details and support banquet leadership in execution.
- Facility Management : Inspect banquet facilities and equipment regularly addressing any deficiencies.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Foster positive relationships with culinary stewarding and catering teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Client and Team Engagement : Maintain client relationships hold monthly meetings and support colleague engagement programs to drive morale and performance.
