The incumbent supports the Personal Banking Advisors in their advisory role and business development activities to offer customers the opportunity to improve their overall financial health.
Responsibilities
- Position yourself as a point of contact, in collaboration with the Personal Services Advisor, for clients
- Respond by phone, in person or by e-mail to questions, requests for information and follow-ups from the branch's clientele
- Ensure that the needs of clients are met to their satisfaction
- Support the advisors in the solicitation of the assigned clientele in order to ensure optimal management of the client portfolio
- In collaboration with the Personal Services Advisor, diligently follow the maturity schedule of the financial products of the assigned clientele
- Participate in telephone solicitation and ensure customer service
- Inform clients on the Bank's policies and procedures as well as on the various campaigns and promotions in progress
- Support the Personal Banking Advisor in the preparation of optimal client meetings in a 100% advisory environment.
