We’re the largest financial institution based on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an opportunity in our Private Wealth division. Reporting to the Vice President Private Wealth, the Assistant Manager, Private Wealth is responsible to manage the overall administrative support function of the client services team while leading, coaching and developing a team of representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on coaching and mentoring direct reports to build upon and develop new and existing client relationships within the Private Wealth division. What’s the role?
As Assistant Manager, Private Wealth , you are responsible to manage the overall administrative support function of the client services team while leading, coaching and developing a team of representatives. A strong focus for this position is to coach and mentor direct reports to build upon and develop new and existing client relationships through established practice management procedures. The Assistant Manager, Private Wealth , is also responsible for managing and directing the department functions within established policies and procedures and is accountable for growth by developing a strong team to support services ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness. Works closely in collaboration with the Manger, Credit Union Wealth to ensure consistent operational excellence across all wealth teams.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $67,883.00 to $90,173.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
