Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the overall budget for the company and real estate projects.
Analyze property profitability and recommend budget adjustments.
Prepare financial reports specific to real estate operations, including rental income, operating costs and profit margins.
Ensure compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements specific to the real estate sector.
Make cash flow forecasts based on rental performance and real estate market trends.
Analyze market data to guide investment and property acquisition decisions.
Identify and assess financial risks related to real estate asset management, including market fluctuations and vacancy risks.
Implement hedging strategies to minimize the financial impact of identified risks.
Communicate regularly with investors on asset performance, rental yields and investment opportunities.
Prepare financial presentations for investor and board meetings.
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure transparency and integrity of financial operations.
Oversee financial and operational audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Contribute to new property acquisition and development strategy.
Assess the financial viability of real estate development projects.
Lead accounting and finance teams, ensuring they are trained in the specifics of the real estate sector.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the teams.
