Job description
Are you an electromechanic technician or licensed 433a millwright? Do you love doing field work?

A global leader in automation and robotics solutions, providing advanced equipment and custom systems for bakery manufacturing industries worldwide is looking to add to their team!

Location - Head Office in York Region
Shift - Day Shift
Pay - $37-45+/hr (depending on licenses + experience)

**TRAVEL IS REQUIRED - 80% of the time will be spent travelling across North America + Europe**

Responsibilities
Remote & On-Site Diagnostics: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system malfunctions both remotely and on-site, providing timely solutions.
Travel to Customer Sites: Travel up to 80% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial baking equipment at customer locations.
On-Call Service: Be available for on-call service as required, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly.
Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all service interventions are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Document all service activities thoroughly and ensure compliance with corrective action plans, maintaining high service standards.
Customer Service & Communication

Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
Experience: Hands-on experience with automated industrial equipment is a strong asset.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-travel environment.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Language: French language skills are an asset, but not required.
