Job description
We are seeking a Solutions Designer specializing in enterprise CRM platforms to drive the technical design and configuration of digital applications. This role focuses on translating high-level requirements into scalable solutions, emphasizing a "configuration-first" approach while maintaining the technical depth to develop custom components when necessary. You will be a key contributor to modernization initiatives, working within an Agile/Scrum environment to build integrations, manage external portals, and implement automated workflows using advanced industry-specific tools.

Pay Rate: $680.61- $714.02/Diem

Advantages
- Work closely with lead architects to shape high-availability solutions for large-scale digital transformations.

- Utilize the latest orchestration and component frameworks to build industry-specific applications.

- Play a central role in knowledge transfer, mentoring peers through regular touchpoints and working sessions.

- Secure a long-term contract focused on foundational system modernization and service improvement.

Responsibilities
- Map high-level requirements to platform capabilities. Conduct fit-gap analyses to determine where native configuration can replace custom code for optimal maintainability.

- Design and implement complex guided interactions using advanced orchestration tools to streamline digital service delivery and data retrieval.

- Develop and maintain specialized UI components and server-side classes for business needs that exceed standard configuration capabilities.

- Build and manage integrations between the CRM and external subsidiary systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure data flow via Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Design and maintain public-facing portals, ensuring solutions are fully compliant with accessibility standards and user-centric design principles.

- Manage the deployment lifecycle across development, test, and production environments using modern CI/CD technologies and version control.

- Lead diagnostic sessions and perform root cause analysis to resolve defects and incidents in production environments.

- Create and maintain technical design documents, "build books," and process maps to facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience solutioning and configuring within enterprise CRM clouds and portal environments.

- Hands-on knowledge of backend coding languages, frontend frameworks, and platform-specific query languages.

- Strong experience delivering products in Agile/Scrum mode, utilizing sprint management and bug tracking tools.

- Knowledge of Accessibility standards and related design requirements.

- Certified Platform Developer I (or equivalent experience)

- Certified OmniStudio Developer

- Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

- Certified Administrator

Summary
If you are a Solutions Designer who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical architecture using advanced CRM tools, we encourage you to apply today!
