Sales Representative – B2B Sales (Industrial / Manufacturing Sector) - Remote, Montreal-Based

About the Role

You’ll sell plastic products used by clients in food production, manufacturing, distribution and more. These are recurring, high-volume accounts, not one-off deals. You’ll be building long-term client relationships, managing your own portfolio, and earning commission from day one of your first sale.

We’re looking for a true hunter, someone who thrives on prospecting, opening new doors, and creating opportunities. In the beginning, your focus will be 100% new business development, gradually evolving into account management as your client base grows.

Has 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in plastics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors )

Understands how to build and maintain lasting client relationships

Can balance short-term wins with long-term strategic growth

Description du poste

Vous vendrez une gamme essentielle de produits en plastique destinés aux secteurs de la production alimentaire, de la fabrication et de la logistique . Il ne s’agit pas de ventes ponctuelles : vous développerez des relations d’affaires à long terme , gérerez votre propre portefeuille de clients et toucherez des commissions dès le premier jour .

Nous recherchons un(e) véritable chasseur / chasseuse d’affaires — une personne motivée par la prospection, l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes et la création d’opportunités. Au départ, votre rôle sera 100 % axé sur la prospection et l’acquisition de nouveaux clients, puis évoluera graduellement vers la gestion de comptes existants à mesure que vous bâtirez votre clientèle.

Ce que nous offrons :

Salaire de base de 60 000 $

1 % de commission sur toutes les ventes (aucun seuil minimum)

Bonus accélérateur : 1,5 % de commission après atteinte des cibles annuelles

Horaire flexible + mode hybride (bureau à Montréal)

Possibilité de revenus à six chiffres après 2 à 3 ans

Profil recherché :

2 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes B2B (idéalement dans les secteurs du plastique, de la fabrication ou industriel)

Bilinguisme (français / anglais) ou aisance avec une clientèle variée

Profil de chasseur / chasseuse : aime la prospection, le démarchage et la conquête de nouveaux marchés

Esprit entrepreneurial , orienté vers les résultats et l’initiative

Capacité à bâtir et entretenir des relations clients solides

Habileté à jongler entre les gains à court terme et la croissance à long terme

Atouts :

Expérience avec les CRM et l’optimisation de processus de ventes

Volonté d’ évoluer vers un rôle de leadership en ventes

Réseau établi dans les secteurs industriel ou manufacturier
