Job Title : Outside Sales Representative (Hybrid)
Location : Moncton, NB, Canada
Compensation : Base Salary : $60,000–$70,000 CAD | On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $105,000–$120,000 CAD

Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing Managed IT Services contracts. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, building client relationships, and working closely with a sales engineer to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect daily (when not in the field), network, and implement diverse sales strategies to identify and qualify leads.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, including creating proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, utilizing CRM tools to track progress.
- Partner with sales engineers to develop customized IT solutions that address client challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
