They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, maintaining efficient office processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support when filing paperwork
  • Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and electronic information.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
