The Role
As a Shift Manager, you play a critical leadership role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting and developing your team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring McDonald's standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are consistently met.
