At our LendCare subsidiary, we specialize in point-of-sale financing for a wide network of 10,000+ merchant partners — with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We’re in a period of rapid growth and are seeking a high-performing Financial Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for existing LendCare customers , reaching out to discuss valuable ancillary products that enhance their original purchase and provide long-term value. Your focus will be on customers who already know and trust our brand — no cold calling, no guesswork, just meaningful conversations that lead to real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
• Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
• Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
• Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
• Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
• Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
