As a Service Advisor at Steele Mazda St. John's, you will be the friendly face and dependable guide our clients rely on. With a strong work ethic, and a passion for service excellence, you will ensure each customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. Reliable and committed, you will confidently navigate clients through their service needs, consistently meeting, and exceeding their expectations.

What your day looks like:

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
• Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

What you bring to the team:

• Service experience and CDK knowledge strong assets!
• A hands-on, problem-solving attitude while being driven and motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract required
