Duties
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess service needs
• Prepare work orders and review estimates with customers
• Manage timelines and set expectations for service completion
• Coordinate between customers and service technicians
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized workflow
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Assets
• Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive service environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Solid computer skills
• Valid G driver’s license
• Experience with COSTAR is an asset
