Location : Maple Ridge, BC.
Classification : Full-Time, Immediate Hire.
Base Pay Range
CA$40,000.00 / yr - CA$60,000.00 / yr.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. A friendly and motivational individual who will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
- Developing repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
- Preparing repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician.
- Test‑driving vehicles to confirm the customer’s vehicle is repaired as needed.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.
