About the Role :
The Receptionist is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and placing supply orders.
Schedule : Full Time, Mon-Fri
Compensation : $20 / hr

Who you are :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in hospitality, customer service or reception in a fast-paced environment.
Phone Skills : Experience with multi-line phone systems.
Positive Attitude : Friendly and positive tone, even in challenging situations.
Customer Care Skills : Strong communication and excellent customer service.
Tech Skills : Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
What Your Day Will Look Like :
Customer Service : Efficiently assist both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service and promptly addressing all client inquiries.
Telephone Management : Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Administrative Duties : Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Payment Processing : Take payments for services & products, prepare necessary correspondence and documents.
Stock Management : Oversee the management of new and used vehicle stock in process, ensuring accurate records and availability.
