Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers in both English and French . In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Pay Rate : $25.00 / hour
Location : Mississauga, ON
Shift : Mondays to Fridays 10am-6pm (training time varies from 8 : 30-6)

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Receive inbound calls, enter orders received via phone, fax and email as well as answer
customer inquiries and problem solve.
Process / troubleshoot orders placed via phone, fax, and email.
Process equipment billing, auto shipments, consignment orders, custom-pak orders and
returns.
Handle routine to complex customer inquiries.
Liaise with Sales Reps to provide problem resolution when required.
Complete documentation and process credit requests.
Troubleshoot and correct EDI orders.
Act as point of contact for Sales / Marketing & Operations.
Manage personal performance, attendance and schedule adherence.
Remain current on all products, policies and procedures by attending training and completing Qualifications :
Secondary School Diploma required
Post Secondary School Diploma or Certificate is preferred
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is an asset.
SAP and Salesforce experience would be an asset
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
