As the Auto Claims Representative II you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.
How you will create impact :
- Completing comprehensive investigation, evaluating and determining coverage, reserving adequately, effectively negotiating and settling complex auto claims, assessing liability and problem solving.
- Using investigation skills to identify opportunities for recovery (salvage and subrogation) ensuring proper guidelines are followed.
- Providing feedback to the leadership team on efficiencies for processes and procedures that will enhance the client experience.
- Supporting the team in the development of junior staff members through coaching and acting as a technical resource with respect to providing instruction and guidance.
- Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.
