Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation . Partnership track option.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Take contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, oppression, derivative proceedings, property related disputes etc to court
