Job descriptionWork directly and travel to visit customers on-site, providing industrial water testing and analysis services Collaborate with a variety of customers to achieve effective and profitable sales in an assigned territory, valuing different perspectives and business models. Cultivate lasting relationships with diverse customers by growing new accounts, maintaining existing ones, and demonstrating the value of Veolia's products and services customised to their unique business models. A B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, OR a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus 2 years' experience in the water treatment field, is an advantage for direct sales, customer service, accounts, team leadership, or industry operations, acknowledging the significance of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Possess the ability and willingness to work in diverse environments, such as industrial, manufacturing, and power industry facilities, appreciating and valuing the diversity of work styles and approaches, while also demonstrating independence and self-starting capabilities after proper training. Utilise proficiency in the Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, to effectively apply solid communication skills (both written and verbal) and demonstrate sales and people skills, recognizing the significance of diverse communication and interpersonal abilities.
