Job Description :
Job Summary : This position trains new hires and management employees on hub processes, procedures, and responsibilities in a classroom setting and in the operation.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with Training and Operations on daily tasks.
- Ensure new hires and management employees receive the correct training and follow up as needed.
- Follow established methods and guidelines to ensure employees stay current in their roles.
- Assist with new hire packets and communicate training needs to ensure success.

Basic Qualifications :
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, legally admitted for permanent residence, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Pay Range :
The base pay ranges from $25.70 / hr to $41.80 / hr, depending on factors such as market location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for incentive programs, subject to conditions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability plans, employee assistance programs, 401(k), paid time off, and stock purchase options.
