Immediate Supervisors : Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Main objectives
Effectively assist the Manager and Assistant Manager to meet company objectives in terms of sales, hours and profitability, in accordance with company policies. Ensure that the image and standards of customer service are consistent with company policies.
Responsabilities
Must adhere to work schedules as posted
Speed and accuracy of execution of the various works :
Markdowns to be made according to deadlines set by the head office
Red labels and tabs to be placed according to the deadlines set by the head office
Posting to be placed according to current promotions and as directed by head office.
Must maintain a good atmosphere of team spirit
Receiving, unpacking and placing the goods in the appropriate places.
Any other tasks as requested by the manager
Exigences
Enjoys working with the public
A lot of people skills
Successful completion of secondary school
Previous experience in the retail environment would be an asset
