Responsibilities :

Quality & Safety : Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Skills and Experience :

High-Rise Expertise : Proven experience managing high-rise residential construction projects from start to completion.

Technical Knowledge : Understanding of construction best practices, safety regulations, and Ontario Building Code.

Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in a Site Superintendent role within the construction industry.

Education : Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with :

Condominium or multi-residential construction, Project scheduling and budget management, Working with developers or general contractors.
