About the Role - We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in managing IT projects to join our team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful infrastructure and integration projects. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should have a proven track record of managing complex integration projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
