Duties :

• Assemble components and parts accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to meet production targets.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility or warehouse area.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to assemble complex parts efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and troubleshoot any mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and finished goods within the warehouse or storage areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting efficiencies.

Experience :

Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly processes in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly is essential for success in this role.

Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a strong plus for handling materials safely and efficiently.

Basic mechanical knowledge helps in understanding product components and troubleshooting minor issues during assembly.

Experience working on an assembly line or in manufacturing settings will enable you to adapt quickly and contribute effectively from day one.
