Experience (Years) : 10 & Above

Essential Skills :

• Proficient on Iseries platform to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Know Cobol and / or RPG
• Execute and complete Service Now tickets within defined SLA
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders
• Willingness to be oncall and shift rotation
• Be able to support compliance activities like; DR testing, Server Patching, audit items etc.
