Job Title : Director of Estimating Team

Your New Role
You will manage and mentor the estimating team, oversee projects, and ensure accurate and efficient processes. You will also develop training, drive system improvements, and stay updated with HVAC industry trends. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will provide expertise and contribute to strategic planning. Your responsibilities include leading and developing the estimating team, ensuring process accuracy, managing daily job calendars, coordinating with sales, and conducting risk assessments. You will also deliver technical training, support the estimating and sales teams, and continuously improve processes and tools. Finally, you will prepare reports and align resources with growth objectives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional leadership, teamwork, managerial, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing people are essential. The educational requirements include a university degree or diploma in mechanical systems, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines, along with over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
