We’re looking for an experienced Structural Technologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll work on diverse and exciting projects, from buildings to industrial facilities, contributing to designs that are safe, efficient, and innovative. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, share your expertise, and play a key role in guiding project success. If you’re passionate about structural design, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and are ready to lead and inspire a team, we’d love to connect with you.
A Day in the Life of a Technologist at Co-elevate
- Attend a stand-up meeting with your scrum team to discuss yesterday’s challenges and plan for the day’s tasks
- Contribute to the development of staff with less experience by providing guidance and troubleshooting issues
- Construct 3D models of structural systems using Autodesk Revit
- Coordinate design activities with other disciplines (architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- Regular site work as required
- Other duties as assigned / required
- At the end of the day, it is commonplace for our leadership to send staff members home to ensure work-life balance
