Job descriptionRebuild and service production machinery and systems to ensure reliable operation Perform tooling and machine changeovers efficiently and accurately Maintain, organize, and store tooling (1 / 2” – 63”) and equipment Set up production lines, including installation of winders, extruders, saws, rollers, and related components Conduct regular inspections and report tooling repairs or damage to the Maintenance Crew Leader Follow all company procedures and safety standards Actively participate in Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment Contribute to LEAN and 5S initiatives Support other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager Millwright Certificate or enrolled Millwright Apprentice Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or a relevant combination of education and experience Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills Solid organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and within a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles ERP system experience is an asset Willingness to support other departments as needed Competitive wages based on experience Comprehensive, company-paid health & dental benefits Healthcare Spending Account Annual fitness allowance Company-matched pension plan (up to 5% of salary) Strong safety culture and training support Career development opportunities

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician – Millwright to join our Huntsville, Ontario team. This role is responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities in safe, optimal working condition through proactive inspections, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
SIGNING & RETENTION BONUS
Receive a $2,000 bonus :
- $1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment
- $1,000 after 12 months of continuous employment
