Who We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice
  • Completed first‑year apprenticeship training
  • Strong foundational understanding of automotive mechanics
  • Detail‑oriented with good work habits and time‑management skills
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced service environment
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Physically capable of performing technician duties (standing, lifting, bending, working under vehicles)
  • Commitment to following WorkSafeBC rules and dealership safety standards

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $20 per hour


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Inspect and test vehicles following manufacturer inspection checklists
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including oil changes, brake service, and tire installations
  • Learn advanced repair techniques under the guidance of experienced Technicians
  • Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending repairs
  • Prepare labour and parts estimates with support from the Service team
  • Test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized workshop and inventory areas
  • Support the Service Department with additional duties as required
