The Manager, Business Application is integral to the success of the Technology & IT Services Management team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.
The Manager, Business Applications will drive the development and management of our business applications portfolio, as well as oversee the implementation, maintenance, day-to-day operations, and optimization of applications including but not limited to SAP, Workday, and Microsoft 365. The successful incumbent will act as the product manager for various software applications that support business operations, ensuring their alignment with overall business goals and objectives alongside leading a team and being responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of the team members.
We are looking for someone with :
- College or university education with a specialization in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in product management and leading teams, with a focus on business applications like SAP, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
- Designations or certifications in specific business applications or project management areas such as ITIL or PMP are assets.
