Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client's distribution team in Mississauga, ON. This temporary role, offering $23 per hour, supports a global leader in the medical-device manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and cold-chain compliant processes-all performed according to SOPs, Health Canada GMP standards, and safety requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing distribution environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
Pay rate : $23 / hour.
Location : Mississauga, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 12 : 00pm-8 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP, RF devices, and the designated Transportation Management System (TMS), including cold-chain processes.
Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and tracking to maintain product integrity.
Load and offload trucks and complete inspections as required by Local SOPs.
Perform all warehouse tasks following Health Canada GMP standards and SOPs.
Operate up to five types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as trained and required.
Follow OSHA and client-specific health and safety guidelines.
Handle products and materials according to SOPs and Safety Data Sheets.
Complete all assigned training and SOP reviews within the Learning Management System.
Meet and maintain warehouse KPIs, including accuracy targets and picking / put-away metrics.
Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and documentation procedures. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, documentation, and data entry.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is considered an asset.
