Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate Hourly
Status : Hourly, Part time

Do you have what we’re looking for?
Experience with delivery work.
Valid driver’s license (Class 5).
Someone with good people skills who enjoys having a personal relationship with customers.
Someone who is alert, a good team player, service driven.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-reliant.
Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds and has due regard for safe working practices.
Here’s a typical day :
Make note of the day’s scheduled deliveries and deadlines.
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure that the delivery route and load organization are fully optimized.
Be proactive and deal with route and itinerary changes.
Make sure that everything has been delivered to the customer’s satisfaction before leaving the premises.
Assist warehouse personnel in order to be able to deliver the orders on time.
Offload trucks, check the quantity and quality of merchandise received. Report any missing or damaged items immediately.
Place and locate merchandise in stock, in compliance with Business Centre practices.
Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times. Suggest improvements to make the warehouse more functional and efficient.
Help with counter service, merchandising.
