Do you have significant expertise in airline catering operations? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, we want you!
Executive Aviation is looking for part-time Catering Leads for our Hamilton team at the Hamilton International Airport (YHM). This person will be the main point of contact for all catering-specific matters. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges brought to attention from airlines and management. You will be responsible for maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are seeking a dynamic problem solver, a progressive thinker, and someone with the proven ability to create efficiencies in operations.

Responsibilities
- Organize catering space, supplies, and trucks
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage stock orders and delivery schedules
- Liaise with CBSA for international flights
- Communicate with airlines, airport, management, and contractors as needed
- Upload and offload catering from aircraft
- Track updated procedures and train the team accordingly
- Complete catering schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
