Position OverviewAs our AP Agent, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to our vendors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work with a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.
- What You'll DoProcess and code invoices with high accuracy
- Manage weekly and monthly check runs
- Handle ACH payments with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Process expense reports and reimbursements
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Manage petty cash and related documentation

This is a full time position based in specific provinces in Canada, either : British Colombia, Ontario, or Quebec. This position is a frontline, contact center role interacting directly with the customers. Successful candidates need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise. They should also be adaptable and responsive in our fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
