Board Positions Available
- Chairperson (Independent) – Leadership experience, preferably with nonprofit governance, strategic planning, and community engagement.
- Vice Chairperson (Independent) – Supports the Chair, with experience in fundraising, public relations, or advocacy.
- Treasurer (Independent or Internal) – Background in finance, accounting, or nonprofit budgeting to oversee financial management.
- Secretary (Internal or Independent) – Responsible for board records, meeting minutes, and governance compliance.
- FASD Expert or Disability Advocate (Independent) – Experience in FASD, special education, or disability services to provide program oversight.
- Legal Advisor (Independent) – Background in nonprofit law, contracts, and compliance to protect the organization legally.
- Parent / Caregiver Representative (Internal) – Lived experience with FASD to provide a direct perspective on programming needs.
- Business / Employment Specialist (Independent) – Experience in workforce development, employment training, or business operations to support job programs.
- Community Member or Fundraising Expert (Independent) – Strong connections for donor outreach, sponsorships, and building partnerships.
