Adecco is currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative on behalf of our client located in St Catharine's, ON. This temporary role offers an hourly wage of $20.43. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in digital advertising solutions. The Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for generating new business and optimizing current campaigns for clients through high-volume outbound calling and expert knowledge of social media advertising solutions

Pay rate : $20.43 / hour.

Location : St Catharine's, ON

Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm

Responsibilities :

Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses, speaking with decision-makers to understand their advertising goals.

Help clients optimize their existing ad campaigns by offering solutions, providing recommendations, and improving results.

Build market intelligence by staying updated on industry trends, understanding competitors, and understanding customer needs.

Use expert knowledge of social media advertising solutions (including measurement and performance) to offer insights and improve client campaigns.

Manage customer relationships while meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.

Troubleshoot and triage client issues while maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Educate customers on optimizing their ad spend, assisting with budget optimization, and helping clients meet their goals.

Demonstrate curiosity and self-improvement by continuously learning about industry changes and new advertising products.

Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably outbound sales experience).

3 years of overall work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

BPO experience and prior inside sales experience is a plus.

Quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.

Excellent phone presence with the ability to establish relationships and upsell over time.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.

A solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Experience with North American clients is a plus.

Proficiency in computer skills and working with online platforms.
