Job Description
Position Overview :
The HR Administrator provides crucial support by managing key administrative tasks related to recruitment, client service, and general HR functions. The role involves client-facing communication, detailed documentation, and organizational support in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding Support :
Posting Jobs : Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Booking Interviews : Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
Screening Candidates : Conduct initial candidate screenings to shortlist qualified applicants for client review.
Drafting Offer Letters : Prepare and distribute customized offer letters and employment agreements.
Reference Checking : Contact and document references for shortlisted candidates.
HR Administration :
Answering Calls : Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting or escalating as needed.
HRIS Data Entry : Add new hires and update employee information into HRIS
Database Cleanup : Review and update internal and client databases to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Formatting HR Manuals : Format and organize HR manuals, policies, and procedures in a professional and consistent manner.
Client and Team Support :
Taking Meeting Notes : Attend weekly team meetings and document detailed, organized notes to capture key discussion points and action items.
Social Media Posts : Draft and schedule engaging social media posts related to HR services, job opportunities, and updates.
General Administrative Support : Organize and maintain digital and physical HR records, track key deadlines, and prepare reports for client meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role preferred.
Familiarity with Zoho HRIS or similar systems is an asset.
Strong proficiency in general office software and social media platforms.
Skills and Competencies :
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Attention to Detail : Maintains high accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and communication.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective client and team interaction.
Confidentiality : Demonstrates discretion and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Client Service : Dedicated to providing responsive, professional, and client-focused support.
