Job description
Coordonateur(trice) de Formation / Réceptionniste Notre client est un «leader» national dans la formation du transport de marchandises dangereuses, est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonateur (trice) de formation / réceptionniste. Le nouvel employé ne doit pas nécessairement avoir de l’expérience dans ce domaine. Vous n'avez besoin que d'une attitude positive et un désir d'aider les clients. RESPONSABILITÉS : • Organiser l’horaire des formations en classe. • Confirmer les formations auprès de la clientèle. • Prise de commandes. • Répondre au téléphone et orienter les questions techniques aux spécialistes. • Traitement de factures • Impression des manuels de formation. • Corrections de documents et de présentations. EXIGENCES : • Le candidat doit maîtriser la langue française et anglaise. • Le candidat doit être autonome et aime la prise de décision. • Le candidat doit posséder une aisance à parler en public. • Le candidat doit maitriser les logiciels Powerpoint, Exel et la suite office de Microsoft. Les avantages sont généreux et prendront effet en fin de probation. L'environnement de travail est très sympathique avec une impression de milieu familial.
