We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, document management. and assist with reports and presentations. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask are essential. 1-3 Years in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate office setting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience with office management tools, databases, and scheduling software
