Annual salary based on experience : $60.000 to $70.000.
Permanent, full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
A stable schedule from Monday to Friday : 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities :
Guide clients through the auto collision claims process and investigate their claims while providing exceptional service.
Adhere to the company's best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring optimal service and claims management outcomes.
Work autonomously in a digital and collaborative environment.
Participate in ongoing training to update your skills and knowledge related to best practices in the field.
Contribute to special projects and provide recommendations to improve processes and customer experience.
What you will need to succeed :
College or university degree.
Claims Adjuster with a license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) required.
Strong customer service experience.
Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Client-focused and committed to exceeding their expectations.
Ability to adapt and embody the company's values.
Experience in the insurance or claims field is an asset.
