The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Ad Designer to join our HQ Marketing team and help build a high-performing advertising engine in the APAC region. This role is all about ads, ads, ads — producing, testing, and iterating creative that fuels growth.
You’ll collaborate directly with performance marketers and the APAC markets to ship static and motion ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond. Speed, precision, and performance are everything — you’ll use real-time data to optimize creative, adopt AI tools to move faster, and push the limits of what great performance design looks like.
What You’ll Do
Partner daily with Performance Marketing and the APAC Marketers to design and optimize ad creative.
Rapidly produce and iterate on high-performing assets across static, motion, carousel, landing pages, and social.
Translate brand systems into scroll-stopping ads that adapt to local market needs.
Proactively refine creative based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPL).
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, explore creative variations, and scale output.
Maintain a high-volume, fast-turnaround creative pipeline — always on-brand and performance-driven.
What Success Looks Like
Campaign assets delivered fast, on-brand, and driving measurable lifts in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and lead volume.
Performance marketers and country teams view you as a trusted, responsive creative partner.
You develop sharp creative intuition about what works across different markets and platforms.
You grow quickly in speed, skill, and performance impact — positioning yourself for senior design roles.
You’ll Need
1–3 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced marketing or creative team.
A portfolio showcasing strong digital ad creative (paid social a must).
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A performance mindset — you care about driving results, not just making things look good.
Comfort with AI creative tools (or strong willingness to adopt them).
Excellent time management, collaboration skills, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at speed.
