The role of the Actuarial Manager is to lead actuarial pricing transformation initiatives and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to drive profitable growth for commercial insurance. Working with a solid actuarial team, this individual will use predictive analytics to review pricing structures, implement changes to ratings, execute segmentation strategies, and develop strong relationships to achieve those goals. This Actuarial Manager will be a trusted partner to the business stakeholders to design pricing solutions by collaborating across multiple business functions and leading discussions with different stakeholders to ensure business objectives are aligned.

Drive a balanced approach between technical considerations and business objectives to ensure maximum impact. Be able to demonstrate the value of predictive analytics to non-actuaries.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the head office and the field. Identify the needs of our partners and tailor solutions that serve their needs and maximize value for commercial insurance.
