• you will be responsible for working alongside and helping a youth with intellectual disabilities in their summer employment.As an
• Employment Services Coordinator
• you will be primarily responsible for providing coverage for and supervision of employment / job coaches and youths they support.
• Are you someone who :
• Adding valuable and legitimate experience to your resume, which will impress future employers.
• Avoid having to search for a summer job year after year. If you are highly successful in the role, we’ll save a position for you during the following year.
• At the end of the summer, you will say what you did mattered.
• To be eligible, you must currently :
• Be a full-time student and returning to school full time in the fall.
• Be between the ages of 15 and 30.
• Have a valid social insurance number.
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle (travel costs will be reimbursed), if you are applying for the Employment ServicesCoordinator position (or some Job Coach positions).
• Position Duration and Start Dates :
• Employment Services Coordinator - Up to 16 weeks starting as early as May 4th, 2026 (Mandatory Orientation – May 1st)Employment / Job Coach - Up to 16 weeks starting as early as May 4th, 2026 (Mandatory Orientation – May 1st)Employment / Job Coach - Up to 8 weeks starting as early as June 29, 2026 (Mandatory Orientation – June 22nd)
• Hours of Work :
• Between 30 to 40 hours per week for a majority of positions.Specific positions may require you to work evenings, weekends, and / or holidays.
• Rate of Pay :
• Employment Services Coordinator : $20.00 per hour Employment / Job Coach : $18.50 per hour
