Responsibilities
- Assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department.
- Lobby : Assist any colleagues needing help : new passes, temp passes, stationary, headset
- Café : service coffee machines (morning, lunch, mid-afternoon), end of day
- Manage dishwashers and microwaves
- Mail Services
- Meetings : prepare conference room
